Transitioning into community development, James served as the Community Outreach Director at ACORN Housing Corp., where he played a pivotal role in providing housing counselling services and developing community partnerships. His passion for social impact and community empowerment drove initiatives that helped individuals and families access affordable housing and financial resources.

In the realm of real estate management, James founded Community Housing Org. LLC, is a venture dedicated to rehabilitating and managing properties to provide safe and affordable housing options. As Owner and GM, he oversaw property acquisitions, renovations, and tenant management, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to addressing housing challenges in underserved communities.
