At Community Housing Organization, we purchase damaged and neglected properties in neighborhoods repair them, and make those properties available to qualified home buyers. We assist low and moderate individuals with becoming homeowners so they can buy those properties, through our First time Homebuyers and New Home-buyers Programs. We offer various programs, including first-time homebuyer initiatives, to facilitate the path to homeownership. Through the acquisition and renovation of vacant and neglected properties, we actively work to stabilize neighborhoods and enhance community vitality.
